Rules & Regulations

St. Michael’s Cemetery is a historical cemetery and we take special care of this sanctuary to memorialize people in our lives as they pass away. 

 

Our rules and regulations are to maintain the safety and beauty of the cemetery.

 

• St. Michael’s Cemetery is not responsible for lost or stolen decorations.

• Winter decorations may be placed on a grave from November 15th to March 31st.

• Only live greens or wreaths on stands or in pots are permitted.

• Summer decorations may be placed on a grave by May 1st to September 30th. 

• Only live plants in clay, concrete or metal pots on 18” round patio stones allowed. Planter stands, ornamental pot hangers and other decorations are not permitted.

• *No Plastic Pots Allowed*

• Pets on leash only and clean up is required.

• Unused graves and lots may NOT be privately re-sold to another individual.  Unused grave lots may be transferred to St. Charles Church at the original purchase price or donated.
